What has been delivered

Eesti Energia AS, the largest electricity provider in the Baltics, set out to enhance its services by integrating EV charging solutions for its customers. The project aimed to offer public EV charging stations and home smart charging, all managed through a single mobile app, allowing customers to consolidate their EV charging with their existing electricity service and receive one unified invoice. We partnered with Eesti Energia to provide Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, and API Development with a dedicated team of five full-stack developers. We developed an app enabling control of public charging stations and home chargers using technologies such as OCPP, gRPC, Flutter, Java, Spring, Postgres, and React. Public charging stations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania were equipped with RFID card access, while smart home charging allowed customers to monitor electricity prices and charge their vehicles efficiently. The solution also included a feature for business customers to resell charging services.

Nowadays, finding good quality developers is a lot of work. Netcorp helped us ease that problem. Compared to other companies on the market, Netcorp offered developers who had really high standards, in the amount that was needed for us. Netcorp’s services can be described as very trustworthy. We get our responses very fast, and the profiles that we get prove their quality. Communication with them is very easy.

It feels really good that Netcorp is our partner. Now, we can focus on realizing new ideas and delivering business value rather than dealing with IT labor market challenges. I would recommend Netcorp to any company that values high-quality delivery and good cooperation.

– Andri Vanem, Head of Software Development of Estonian Energy
