Ygrene – DevOps

Ygrene Energy Fund engaged us to support their DevOps infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, aiming to optimize their cloud-based systems for improved scalability and resilience. Our team provided IT Staff Augmentation and DevOps Managed Services, focusing on developing, maintaining, and managing Ygrene’s infrastructure. We advised on setting up and optimizing public cloud clusters, prepared business continuity plans, and guided the board on cloud-related risk management. Leveraging technologies like Terraform, our team ensured streamlined deployment and improved system reliability. The project team included a DevOps Cloud Architect and two Senior DevOps engineers working from Poland, with the solution implemented to support Ygrene’s operations in the U.S. Through this partnership, Ygrene gained a robust, scalable infrastructure that could meet their operational demands and support future growth in the U.S. market, allowing them to operate more efficiently and securely.
